In case you missed my mini tutorial on Instagram to make these Stuffed Avocados, here it is! They are very easy to make, and relatively healthy! After the holidays, I need to get back on track, so this was my start.
Just add your desired spices and seasonings, and enjoy!

Hello again Loves,
I am glad to be back to blogging and normal life because I have been sick with a stomach bug for the past few days. I have never had it before, and I hope I never get it again!
Anyways, I hope you’re not bored of the Chicago posts because I just had too many nice pictures to share from that weekend. If you are, this is the last one!
This was just us visiting the Bean in Millennium Park (because you can’t go to Chicago without seeing the Bean) and walking around the city.
You probably saw the last picture on my Instagram already.

These are just some snaps from Michigan Avenue. There’s always so many people and things going on there. Call me crazy, but I love the busy atmosphere of Chicago.
Also, these pictures were shot on the iPhone X, and I’m impressed!
I wish my hair wasn’t in my face, but this shot is still pretty epic.
Chicago is always so fun to go to, and I love that they decorated all around with Christmas decorations.
