This weekend is all about Chicago! Before Christmas starts, it was only fitting to take a few days to be in Chicago!
We stayed at the Godfrey Hotel, and it was lovely.
They had a restaurant attached called the Dolce. We didn’t eat there, but it looked amazing!
The bathroom had L’occitane products, which remind me that I still need to visit France sometime in my life!
Thanks for the stay Godfrey! We will definitely be back.

For the Fashionista:

Last night was $5 Tuesday’s for Marcus Theaters, so you know what that means! I went on a double date with some friends to see the new Disney Pixar movie, Coco. I highly recommend it! It was the best movie I have seen in a long time!
We got free popcorn, which was a plus! They also decorated the cinema with Christmas decorations and a cute tree.

Today was a day of relaxing and a little self care. I love days where I can take a second for myself to do things that make me feel good. There’s a lot of things that I like to do on days like these, but this is what I did today…
I started with a shower. I showered as normal, and exfoliated using my Vanity Planet Spin for Perfect Skin and my Simple facial scrub. I used this for my entire body, even though it says facial scrub. If anyone has a good body scrub that they like, let me know!
Then I went in for all my masks that I ordered from Wish. I like masks like these because they don’t require you to do a lot! They are very easy to use, and leave your skin feeling great.
And here’s me looking like the Joker in the masks. Looks scary, but feels amazing!
Then after that, I went to the gym and relaxed on the couch to catch up on some YouTube videos. It was a well-needed, chill day.
